Frequently Asked Questions
Most graphic turnaround times are two (4-7) business days of production time. Some of the items are 4 days turnaround without any rush fee. Larger displays like trade show displays, large fabric prints, and large quantity orders may take up to 7 days. Rush option is available for all items. We have rush 3 business days, rush 2 days and rush next day options.
UPS. Large local orders and Downtown SD locations are delivered in person.
Graphic Items: There is no return or refund because of their custom nature.
Hardware Items: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days after first received your product.
The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of the issuance of the return. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
It depends on the product type and time you purchase. Call our sales department to inquire about Same Day Rushes. We can ship nationwide and overnight shipments are available.
Yes, as long as our workload can handle it and we have time to do it.
PDF, .EPS, .TIFF, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. High res JPEG and PNG files are accepted too. At full scale 125 DPI. If you are setting up your file as 50% scale or smaller, requested DPI is 300.
